Omega House boasts a stunning waterfront position overlooking the shimmering waters of the River Dart.  When you first enter this stylish first-floor apartment, you will immediately be drawn towards the windows to marvel at the stunning views as you enjoy the beautiful evenings and sunsets on the balcony. With three bedrooms, spacious family bathroom, on-site parking and a fabulous location within walking distance to local amenities, it’s the perfect destination for your coastal holiday.

Beds: 1 x King, 1 x Double and 2 x Single beds.
Bed linen and towels:  Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.
Accessibility: First floor apartment, accessible via steps.
Kitchen and utilities: Fully equipped kitchen area with ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Bosh dishwasher and microwave.
Facilities for families: Stair gate, high chair and travel cot (please bring your own cot linen).
Outside: Balcony and courtyard with Webber BBQ and outside seating.
Side gate:  leads to Princes Steps. Very useful for the South West Coast path a third of the way down.
Pets: Pet sallowed.
Parking:  Parking for 1 car provided.
Note - Driveway is steep and unsuitable for long wheelbase or estate vehicles. Please be aware the Owners have a storage area in the property on the ground floor. Omega House is the apartment on the first floor. Beacon Road has restricted access max width 6 foot 6 inches.
