"Parking need pay"

"Very clean, well appointed. I did not use any amenities and do not know if I could have gotten coffee or a soda. There was a bar near the elevators. As a pet owner, I appreciated the fact it was dog friendly although my dogs stayed home. A few issues I had: the bed was I believe memory foam and it was a little uncomfortable. I did turn a lot. It felt as though there was a lump in my side which seemed to follow me to the other side of the bed. Also I could not figure out how to close the shade. The cords seemed stuck. And the room was cold. I turned the heat up but it did not substantially alter the temp. I live near wind swept beaches of Cape Cod so I like cold rooms but this didn't seem to warm up much. However, I definitely would stay again. "

"Very comfortable. Convenient location, breakfast better than most. Lots of washers/dryers. Being able to close bedroom door meant know D's could sleep on pull out sofa without listening to adults snore. Kitchen in room with fridge super helpful for our 3 day stay. Very close to Wegmans for all the snacks."

"I have been coming to this property for years and I must say that this time around the hotel and the staff provided an excellent experience. The front desk staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly. The bagels at breakfast were a big hit with my nephew- the picky eater among us. My sister loved the double shower heads. I was just happy with a clean, quiet, and comfortable room. The staff overall were great and made our stay an enjoyable experience. The facility was very clean and looked awesome at all levels. "

"The hotel is in the downtown area conveniently located and within walking distance of the mall and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the parking lot big and private. The hotel is old and in need of renovation but is clean and comfortable."
