"First and foremost, for a 4-star hotel, this is the first time I heard of a hotel not having towel upon check-in. Second, they are very poor with responding to emails; we’ve had to send multiple emails in order to receive a simple yes or no answer (e.g. airport pick and drop-off). "Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good...
