"The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Bandung train station and center of the city. Amenities are well provided and the room is very well attended. We enjoyed staying here. The only minor issue is that the room does not have good soundproofing. We could hear the dawn prayer calls at 4 am from the mosque nearby and the sound of water running from the room next door."

"The only problem is the room facilities. From mattress to pillows, the toilet and TV, the management should consider to change all that (upgrade) . Other than that, the rest all are superb...(Services, hotel surroundings, location) especially, Beakfast spread were amazing. Many choices n delicious. All bellmen are pleasantly helpful, cheerful. Always greet with pure smile. Same goes to the front desk staff. Great services, guys. Would like to stay here again in future but hopefully by then the hotel rooms are better. (refurbished done). "
