"This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"If you’re looking for quiet, small and cozy! This is it! It was perfect for what we were looking for. There was a a hiccup on the property, nothing to do with the rental itself. "We rode out hurricane Milton at this location after evacuating from the Tampa Bay area. The house itself is very charming and cozy and kept us warm and dry despite the downpour. Dan and Margaret were very accommodating and understanding of our situation. They were easy to get a hold of and helped with any problems that came up--the power went out for a few hours, and the lock on the front door had a small malfunction but both of these problems were resolved quickly. "We walked in an everything was dirty and never cleaned. A cleaning service came in a sprayed the place and left!!! No heat, coffee maker broken. Owner said he was going to refund us 250.00 for cleaning, NEVER DID. But they had the nerve to leave cleaning products at the door for ME to clean. Local representative was NOT real! She has another job and never did anything! She said, well I am at work and will call you later! Well nothing happened!!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!"

"This property was perfect for what I needed. I was there for 8 nights. It was close to the venue where I was attending a conference. The house was clean and comfortable. Kevin was there to greet me and answer any questions I had. Since I’m a “senior “ I chose to sleep on the daybed which was very comfortable. There are 3 beds in the loft but the ladder up and down was a bit formidable to me. All in all this was exactly what I expected. "
