This two-story, lakefront home enjoys an enviable position on 30,400-acre Douglas Lake, one of the most beloved spots in the Smoky Mountains. Head over to Indian Creek Dock, five miles away, to rent a pontoon boat, spend a day at Dollywood, 25 miles away, or explore the spectacular landscapes of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, 30 miles away. Downtown Dandridge is five miles away offering classic old-town charm with its historic buildings and homes.
One of the many highlights of this home is its outdoor space, including two levels of decks that look out across the lake. After a morning floating in innertubes, head back up to the upper deck to get the gas grill going for a barbecue lunch. The lower screened porch is perfect for morning coffee at sunrise, afternoon card games around the table, and quiet evenings rocking in the porch swing.
The main entry and living space are upstairs on the second floor, which has a homey atmosphere. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room where you can stream movies on the TV. Another den awaits downstairs, perhaps giving the kids a space to watch TV. Central air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are also provided.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
