"My family and I just returned from our New Years stay at “Cozy Cottage”. The home is beautifully appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Waking up every morning in the sun room overlooking the lake was an absolute dream especially on a snowy day. The location is fantastic, as it’s a stones throw to Okemo, and about a 7 min drive to the town of Ludlow where you will find a grocery store, quaint shops, and dining. We definitely plan to return!"

"My family enjoyed our stay at this house. It had plenty of room for all of us and the 5 bathrooms were great to have. Extremely clean. We didnt use the hot tub because it was too cold but that is definitely a plus to have. It is only a few minutes from Manchester Center and close to a lot of other restaurants and shops. The ownwr reached out days in advance and was available if needed, which we didnt. We will definitely be looking to book this house in the future! A++++"

"We all had a nice stay.. All families enjoyed their stay with ample amounts of space to live, cook, eat and sleep . The kitchen was equipped with ton of kitchen utensils and other items made our life easier to cook . The place as really looked historic with all interiors , with few initial hiccups like thermostat not working and we have to swap and or charge to make it work few times as we enter the living room was super cold.
