This stunning 3-bedroom house in Capistrano Beach is a surfing paradise. The waves are just a few steps outside your family room door and you can watch the kids play in the ocean from the kitchen . Large family room and adjoining dining room is perfect for entertaining with plenty of space to relax. Three bedroom suites with tv’s and private bathrooms are all equipped with showers and heated towel bars- and the kids bedroom sleeps 8 comfortably with large open bathroom featuring a shower and bathtub . Air conditioning and heating, Gas fireplace, WiFi, and a washer and dryer inside are also available for your convenience. Enjoy all that Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente have to offer when you stay-whale watching, sport fishing, restaurants at the pier or harbor-all within a 10 minute bike ride-or hop on the trolly. Fully stocked kitchen, Large outdoor barbecue, solo fire pit, Beach chairs, Boogie boards / surfboard and beach towels all available at the house . A magical place to make memories with your family and friends

Perfect luxury beach house
Right on the sand, this is a recently renovated house with high end fixtures and furnishings, ready to meet every need. We were there for Thanksgiving and we especially enjoyed the fully outfitted kitchen, warm fireplace, and radiant heating on the patio. We would happily go again.
