This 3 bedroom 2 bath upper unit of a duplex has been recently renovated and furnished with all new furnishings, housewares and linens. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Both bathrooms have been stylishly redone with solid surface countertops, beautiful tile and new vanities. Central AC! Enjoy ocean views and breezes from the back deck or the front balcony. Complimentary on site laundry is located in the laundry room accessible from downstairs side entry. Three parking spaces are included with this rental!

Great 3 BR unit. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice kitchen, dining and living room area. We had all adults but 3rd bedroom great for kids. Loved the ocean views and a short walk to a nice coffee shop and Saturday farmers market. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo in a good location , nice quiet neighborhood. Clean, comfortable and a responsive owner. The only suggestion would be some basic supplies in kitchen, bathrooms etc.

We really enjoyed our time here. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in (no sand on floors, bathrooms were immaculate). This was a 5 star with the exception of some fridge/freezer issues. I communicated this to the owner via text and she was receptive. We would stay here again.

Property is tired and can use some fixing. Screen in master bedroom to balcony is broken and hard to use. Bring kleenex and shampoo as they are not provided. Kelli was very pleasant in helping us recover property (ring) left behind. Her kindness left us with a better feeling about our stay.

Fabulous Dana Point condo
We had a fabulous time at Kelli's wonderful Dana Point condo. It has a spectacular location and comfortable beds, and is very well-equipped. Kelli was a pleasure to communicate with, and replied promptly to our needs – e.g. coming quickly to fix a wonky table and to replace the water filter. We also got to meet Kelli's parents, who are lovely people.

This condo was just 4 miles from my daughters home. Since I am familiar with the area everything we needed with close by and easy to find. Having a garage was a big plus because parking in Dana Point is crazy.

Lovely all around
The condo was spacious and exactly as advertised. Good location. Laundry is not in the unit, but readily available on the first floor with a washer/ dryer dedicated to the unit. Kitchen well supplied with pots and pans, cutlery, dish soap, sponges, dish washer packets. Would stay here again.

Great house , great host!
This is a wonderful apt with great comfort, very cozy and spacious! Kitchen has all you need in it if you decide to cook. Location is fantastic walking distance from marina and from the grocery. Communication with our host Kellie was super easy. Thank you for opening your door for us. We enjoyed our stay despite the rainy and foggy weather.

Very Comfortable
The condo is very nice and is clean and comfortable! The master bathroom is huge with a lot of counter space and the beds are extremely comfortable! The view of the ocean from the front balcony and the back deck are spectacular. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood, pretty close to a grocery store if you want to prepare your own meals and coffee shops are nearby. Kelli is easy to communicate with and fast to respond.
