This level of privacy and seclusion is not commonly associated with beachfront property, making it the perfect place to experience the romance, magic, and the unique energy of the ocean without the crowds. It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities where you will find lots of restaurants and shopping. It is 30 minutes from the airport and two minutes to the train station. Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld, and the San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.

This lower-level home of a duplex has an open relaxed feeling starting with an ocean view great room with floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping ocean views and the nicely furnished deck. Relax on the beautiful redwood deck or on a lounge chair in the sand and watch birds and dolphins play as you sunbathe, read, catch up with one another, have a barbecue, take in a sunset, or watch the brilliant starlit skies. Swim, surf, or paddleboard, take a walk, bicycle on an ocean path to Dana Point Pier, run down the beach, kayak, go boating, or play golf at a nearby course.

Lots of comfortable cluster seating makes this a great place to relax, reconnect, and recharge with one another or watch the large TV. A ceiling fan keeps you comfortable at all times. A roomy ocean-view dining area is right next to the modern, well-equipped ocean-view kitchen which has everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires.

Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, WIFI, and cable. There is also driveway parking for added convenience.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home utilizes decibel-level monitors.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside - no exceptions.
The outside shower is not available.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you're comfortable with these policies before you're renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
We cannot guarantee the sand's condition or the beach's access point. Beachfront properties face harsh conditions. As such, the beach area is subject to change due to tidal conditions.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
