Guest room 1 has large open panel windows overlooking the ocean with an en suite bathrooms and a queen bed. Guest Rooms 2 and 3 have queen size beds, while guest room 4 is equipped with a twin bunk bed set as well as a third twin bed. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premier linens for your ultimate comfort.
There is a washer and dryer for your use and there are non-covered designated parking spaces that can accommodate 4 standard cars to make it easy to get settled in. We know that you will create precious memories of your seaside vacation in this private, seaside retreat.

The large well-furnished ocean front deck is great for enjoying sweeping ocean views, sunsets, starlit skies, and lots of ocean wildlife - birds, whales, dolphins too - making it an exquisite seaside experience for everyone.
It is just a short ride to great restaurants in Dana Point and San Clemente as it is between these two seaside communities. It is 30 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes to the train station.
Learning experiences abound at nearby San Juan Capistrano Mission or Dana Point Harbor Ocean Institute. Proximity to famous theme parks such as Disneyland, Knottsberry Farms, SeaWorld and The San Diego Zoo make it easy to create a memorable day’s adventure.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
Beach Road is a gated private road with 24 hour patrol security. Access to the road is strictly controlled by Guard Gate.
** please note we are strictly limited to four parking places directly in back of home. Four vehicles is the maximum allowed at the house at any one time.
Beach in front of house is considered a “wet / dry beach”meaning during low to medium low tide there is some Beach. During a high tide there is no beach , water is up to deck / seawall.
No smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this includes inside and outside the property).
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a zero tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting .
*This property is NOT considered a Luxury property and is a comfortable beach front location priced accordingly. Beach Front properties face harsh conditions daily from the salt air and sand, please make sure you are comfortable with this prior to booking.
