"First of all let me say that we really enjoyed our stay. The room was just fine, the view was amazing, the pool was good and the restaurant (we only had the breakfast buffet) was very good. The location couldn't have been much better due to it's proximity to the markets. The hotel staff were all excellent and we were very happy with the price. The only negative things I have to say are some minor condition complaints. Our room needed to have the carpet cleaned and the sofa needed it's upholstery...

" I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu, which is conveniently located right in the city center — perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and approachable, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with excellent service."

"This place is small but beautiful. The pace is slow and relaxing. The staff are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. There are activities to do each day if you want a bit of action and the equipment is all available. The timing of the scheduled activities can be a bit hit and miss but they make them available if you want them. Poolside is very relaxing. "There is no signage for reception on arrival at this property. You have to ask the guy on the gate which way to go, then he has you do a semi check in there, which holds everyone else up trying to enter the property. After checking the room we decided not to stay, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, more like a 2 star. Rooms are very run down. "早く着いたら、早くチェックインさせてくれた。部屋はまぁまぁ。3つ星レベル。窓からの眺めは良い。ベッドは硬く、Wi-Fiは遅め。TVはスマートTVではない。プールがあり、そこからの眺めは良い。朝食ビュッフェはRM21.2。朝食は種類がとても少なく、味も美味しくない。サラダもないし、egg stationも無い。近くのibisの朝食ビュッフェは、３倍くらい種類が豊富で、RM20。朝食はibisの方が良い。"
