We raised this with the front desk and asked that we don’t have any housecleaning for our stay. As we bought replacement pillows and bed sheets ourselves. Housekeeping proceeded to try and enter the room, front desk was nice and tried their best with us...

"I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. This lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, there were no cleaners to address these issues or maintain the room's hygiene...
