This 150 sq.m house is located 40 m away from the beach to which you will have a direct access. It is located in the heart of Brittany and can accommodate 10 people. It has a gated garden where you can safely enjoy your family holidays.
The terrace is equipped with an arbour, garden furniture, and a barbecue: you will be able to rest as much as you want. There are swings for the children to play. Inside, there are 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. You will have all the comfort you need:

belles vacances avec tous mes enfants
agée de 91 ans, avant de ne pourvoir me déplacer jai voulu passer quelques jours de vacances avec mes enfants. Nous étions 8 dans cette grande maison de Damgan. Nous avons été accueillis d'une façon très sympathique et cordiale. La maison, très propre, tout est impeccable.Nos hôtes sont vraiment des personnes irréprochables.

Un gite très confortable
Très bons échanges et accueil par Régine (malgré notre demande très tardive....). Le gite est spacieux, très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. La chambre du bas est confortable (ne correspond plus à la photo un peu "vieillotte") et ce lit de 180 à validé notre choix sur ce logement !!! elle est un peu isolée des autres et garantit le calme. La proximité de la plage est un plus (même en février !). La cerise sur le gâteau : notre petite pèche et dégustation d'huitres, bigorneaux et palourdes avec les conseils de Régine et un autochtone sur la plage (merci encore à lui !) : du bonheur ! Présence de petits circuits en bord de mer, chemin de champs et route pour les runners. Pour l'hiver, bien prendre en compte le surcoût de l'électricité. Je recommande.

sehr strandnah, viel Platz
Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, 2 Strände in Fußnähe (weniger als 5 Minuten): ein kleiner Strand in Bucht, ein großer Strand mit freiem Blick auf den Ozean (die Strände sind allerdings ziemlich steinig, Badeschuhe sind sehr hilfreich da wenig feiner Sandstrand vorhanden ist), sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, viel Platz, sehr sauber. Bei der Nutzung des zusätzlichen Zimmers wird ein Schlafzimmer zum Durchgangszimmer. Backwaren gibt es an den meisten Wochentagen in Kervoyal fußläufig, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Damgan (Fahrrad oder Auto notwendig). Insgesamt haben uns die Umgebung insgesamt und die Strände etwas weniger gefallen als andere Teile der Bretagne, aber nichtsdestotrotz war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Nous sommes venus à Kervoyal entre amis, avec nos enfants, pour une semaine en période estivale. La localisation de la maison est géniale avec les plage à quelques mètres. Maison très agréable, confortable et bien située car très proche de la plage et des commerces soit à Damgan soit à Muzillac ou des activités diverses et variées. Sans problème nous recommanderions ce gîte. Nous aurions souhaité, toutefois, qu'Abritel puisse nous proposer une "assurance annulation" en cas de problèmes, maladie ou autres.

La maison correspond tout à fait à l'annonce. Grande et idéalement placée à proximité des plages et du village de Kervoyal. Confortable à 10 personnes avec la chambre en option, il est préférable d'y séjourner en famille car cette chambre n'est accessible qu'en traversant une autre (ce qui est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce, pas de surprise). Les propriétaires prennent soin de leur maison dedans et dehors et ça se voit.

Retour aux sources pour cette semaine sous le signe de la famille ! Une période très ensoleillée, pas une goutte de pluie !!! un emplacement de choix, tout proche de la plage ! un logement très bien fourni, rien ne manque, c'est mieux que sur les photos !
