"The hotel was in an ideal location. Our room was very nice with warm heating via aircon. A big disappointment was the fact that major renovation works were being done. Although this did not impact us to much there were building materials all around the ground floor areas. We also understand that works have to be done at some point and we are sure it will look very nice when completed."

"Lovely hotel and location, Short flat walk by the river into town past several riverside restaurants . Breakfast was excellent.We saw turtles from the restaurant between 9 and 10am.They will eat a little cheese but not bread. Drinks and food prices here were a bit higher than some places. Half board was a reasonable option and they were flexible if you wanted lunch instead of dinner and also would provide a vegetarian option . Otherwise it is just one choice like soup, fish , desert. Personally we opted for bed and breakfast and ate out most days. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Beer was £4. Per 50cl bottle Efes, in town could get at nearer £2. (Oct2024) Rampant inflation in Turkey ."

"The hotel itself was fine for a night or two but the bathroom was in a bad way,, the shower head looked like it had not been cleaned for a very long time. The trim around the shower screens was black in places.The bathroom door did not shut & the paint on door was peeling . The staff were very nice & the hotel is in great location. The breakfast was fine ,eggs,cheese, meats etc. The pool area looked nice but we didnt use. Really need to update the bathroom,, if it wasnt for the bathroom I would stay again as everything else was great value. "

"We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel us family run and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced. Place is spotlessly clean. We had a two bedroom apartment that was very spacious and kept very clean. Couldnt fault it."

"I stayed here in Dalyan and have been here many times before. The hotel is basic but clean. I have always stayed at this location and this one is only 50m away from the main river jetty which suits me. The wonderful manager Kezban is very friendly, helpful and professional. I will return because of her hospitality and I am sure she gave us the best room. The hotel has a good restaurant but can be noisy as you can hear the music up to around 11pm which didn’t affect us. There’s a small pool with a bar and the family run hotel is near the main area where you can take the boat trips to turtle beach and the mud bath and thermal pools next to a lake. If you want a good WiFi then go elsewhere. Breakfast is always the same consisting of cucumbers, olives, tomatoes and a hard boiled egg with bread which can be too much of the same after 3 days. I will be coming back because of the service. "
