The hotel ended up giving us a room at a much cheaper hotel, without giving us any kind of compensation. Further, the hotel offered us a transfer to the airport more expensive than a taxi and tuc tuc."

The room was really dirty and I feel I have pretty low standards. There were quite a few hairballs in the room and in the bathroom. Hotels.com reservation said the room included airport transport. The hotel staff had no idea...
