"Historic Inn that is clean. If you are looking for something modern this is not for you. If you love a historic inn with all the old charm and character then this is your place. Staff was friendly and the bed comfortable. WiFi password provided upon picking up the room key. Internet worked well. Room was spacious for a family of 4."

"wonderfully restored old mansion. Rooms were charming... nicely designed. In fact the entire facility has been thoughtfully brought into today's design standards. Very accomodating staff... although many appeared to be a training mode. Need to improve the professionalism a bit. They have a new general manager (had only been there about 2 weeks when we visited)... seems he has a number of things on his agenda that will improve the property even more. Food was good... but not wonderful. ...

This dwelling did not quite live up to that standard, but was clean, sans the “mud room” and what appeared to be mold on the peak of the ceiling above the living room.
