"Villa Weidling is out in the country pretty far from everything. Our room was in a building by itself (extra quiet!) with a separate living room and bedroom. The wildflowers just outside our window were gorgeous! Bed was comfortable, fun decor -- very typical Scandinavian look. Hostess Charlotte was great -- friendly and helpful, ie with suggestions on dining choices. Breakfast was fine."

"Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (5 + 7) und unserem kleinen Hund Mitte Oktober für eine Woche zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Lage des Hauses zwischen all den wunderschönen Reservaten und Parks ist super! Viele beeindruckende Wanderwege sind innerhalb von 30 - 60 Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Grenze zu Norwegen ist nicht weit. In Mellerud gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus selbst ist klein und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. "Das Haus liegt in völlig ruhiger Lage, die nächsten Nachbarn waren mehrere Hundert Meter weit weg. Wer Kontakt möchte, kann ihn suchen, wer ihn nicht möchte, wird alleine gelassen. Der See ist einige Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt, erlaubt die gleiche Privatsphäre und ist wunderbar zum schwimmen und rudern geeignet."
