"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. "Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. "Location is great, just 1 minute to the Gondola station, ski rental shop and supermarket. Quite surprised there is No fridge, no kettle, no cups/ glasses in the room. But they gave us 2 kid kits with slippers and toiletries, super nice in this area. Breakfast is excellent!!! Full of food selection. However, the hotel group restaurants are not really good in food choice and needs reservation ( it’s better to book a table otherwise needs to wait) All the staff were very helpful and friendly...
