While not luxurious, it was exceptionally clean, well stocked (e.g., toilet paper), in good condition, and Trent was awesome! "For my purpose of visiting my son at Willamette University this property worked fine. It was an easy 4 blocks to his house and 6-7 blocks from campus. The price was very reasonable as well. And thy had a lot of channel choices on the TV which I appreciated. On the downside my room was a non-smoking room but smelled like tobacco smoke and the bed spread had several cigarette burn holes in it.
