This recently repainted and redecorated 2/2 is located steps away from Parkland UTSW and is also a quick hop from a DART station, love field, the vibrant Oak Lawn Neighborhood. Groceries, bars, breweries, and public transport are all walking distance yet you're still in a calm, peaceful gated community. Also steps away from the private pool. The space
This second floor 2/2 has two bedrooms and two full paths (one ensuite, one in hall), a kitchen with everything you need to prepare some delicious meals, in-unit washer/dryer, and a comfortable balcony out front for relaxing. Plenty of spaces to relax, rest, work, dine, entertain, etc.
