Located in the revitalized Cedars district, the spacious studio and one-bedroom lofts feature 11-foot ceilings, concrete pillars and beams, exposed electrical conduit and air ducting, central heat air, and new energy efficient windows. The kitchens have been given a modern flair with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and eat-up counter. Bathrooms feature designer tile showers, new fixtures and new mirror.
