This property was well maintained, in a great location and safe. The staff was awesome, very friendly. Breakfast was great with nice selections where you did not need to eat the same every day. We stayed two nights. Our stay was fantastic with just a couple of things. First, the beds were super comfortable, but the pillows were so soft, I wish they would have provided more in the room as it was hard getting a comfortable sleeping position. The other thing was, they lost water in the area and late at night they did not have water in the facility. Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone.

Great service! The facility is new and has really nice amenities/bedding. The walls are a little thin by the door, so we did hear kids running around outside. They were quiet at night though, so it wasn't a big deal. I'd say if they had better YouTube options for the TV our stay would've been cozy. I recommend bringing a laptop and HDMI connection if you want to watch your own videos and movies.

Very good newer hotel in a popular area with plenty of shopping and eateries nearby. Quick access from freeway Limited but Decent breakfast included. The rooms were a little smaller than other similar hotels but very comfortable and clean. I was a little annoyed they charged me again when I Had already paid on Expedia. But they quickly fixed it in the morning. Overall would stay at a Hilton Tru again.

I was in Lewisville on business, this is about 20mins from DFW airport, it’s by a shopping mall and restaurants literally in the same parking lot. Nice open views from the window of my room. Staff and breakfast every morning was great. I will be back. Thanks

Very clean hotel, easy fast check in. Friendly staff. Bed in room 317 the head of the bed dipped down so your feet were higher. Also breakfast didn’t start till 7 on sat which was a bummer as we had to leave by 6:45am for a soccer tournament! Overall we will use this hotel again.

Too Much Light
The room was lovely, well kept. The reception clerk was friendly and helpful. The only quibble I have is the need for black-out or at least room darkening shades/curtains. My room was so light that I could read! The commercial area where the hotel is located is very well lit. The privacy shade was not sufficient.

The stay would have been fine except someone came into a room with a key in the middle of the night. The next day my key did not work. I shouted as they opened the door and they and they retreated. I don't know if they were part of the staff or not. I mentioned it to the staff and I got a quick sorry about that and that was it. Perhaps there was more going on behind the scenes but it certainly unsettled our stay.
