This is a corner lot home and is about 1,356 square feet. Home comes with FULLY STOCKED and includes a coffee bar (Keurig K-cups + drip) as well as extra wood outside for the outdoor fire pit.

**NO HOUSE CHORES BEFORE YOU LEAVE** We believe you are on vacation or are away from home and should not have to worry about chores. All we ask is that you enjoy your time with us.

Dogs are welcome, up to 2 MAX. A pet fee of $60.00 per pet per stay is required and requested prior to arrival. Please inform us of dog breed(s). No vicious breeds. Cats are okay.

The house is well maintained and very comfortable. Cute backyard. Really fun game room set up in the garage (good to use when the outdoor temperature is comfortable). Nice corner lot with a good sized driveway for parking. Check-in/check-out was very easy and communication with the host was great.

Overall, this home was absolutely wonderful for our stay in Frisco. The location was convenient to everything in the area. The outdoor area is especially nice and we enjoyed dinner outside. It was also nice that all bedrooms had TVs. The only thing missing was that it would be nice to have a few extra towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

The house was very clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Theres a bbq in back that i cooked alot of food on. We were there for an event at the Frisco Conference center and the house is only about 15 minutes away.... perfect location. Costco iand Sprouts market are about 10 minutes away. I would definitely stay here again. If you drink coffee don't forget to bring some K-Cups. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

April Stay in Frisco
We spend the month of April in Frisco with our two dogs. We were extremely comfortable with this property. Well stock kitchen and baths, a very comfortable bed, and a great location. Frisco Memorial Park is a short walk away, and we walk our dogs there almost every day. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Frisco.
