The Madison hotel is fantastic! Very charming. Very comfortable. Only drawback was the smell….hallway smelled of cat pee and my bathroom always smelled like sulphur. Otherwise, a fantastic accommodation!

The only thing I did not like was the the actual property location and the neighoring homes. The hotel itself was beautifully renovated, decorated for the Holidays and smelled so good..Would consider staying again if in the area. Very much gave us our Stars Hollow vibe.

Got to the hotel. Code to open the door from the parking lot to the hotel did not work. Cold outside. Called the hotel. No answer. Had to walk around to the front of the hotel. Nobody at front desk. Hotel is interesting. Beds are comfortable. But the service is lacking. And sound from other rooms easily heard.

Absolutely stunning newly updated heritage hotel! It was a bit weird not have any staff at the reception or any other areas, but we were there only for 1 night. It was a unique experience! The attention to details is incredible. The decor is so stylish and cozy. Highly recommend.

at first, i was a little skeptical because it is a little different compared to a normal hotel. however, i was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the ambience of this hotel. the energy was good from beginning to end, and the sleep i had was amazing!! they did not lie about the bed

Family Stay
We recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel in an area that is undergoing revitalization and rebuilding, which added a unique character to the surroundings. The rooms are beautifully and meticulously decorated with a super cozy and elegant ambiance. The parking area behind the hotel is just big enough, making it convenient for guests. While there’s no kitchen, room service, or pool, the exceptional courtesy and kindness of the staff made our stay truly enjoyable. The location is also perfect for exploring nearby tourist spots without needing to drive far. Overall, a delightful experience, and we’d love to return!

It was a simple boutique hotel in an industrial neighborhood. As a frequent traveler, I didn’t find it that special. Bed was overall comfy, but limited amenities, shower dial was upside down, no front desk for late check-in needs, and it’s actually outside of the main bishop arts strip area (5 mins drive). FYI for light sleepers: walls are extremely thin so bring quality duty ear plugs (they don’t tell you they have them in the front desk area but luckily I brought my own). I checked in late and TV kept turning on because the neighboring room apparently had the same remote so I had to eventually unplug the TV. With thin walls and to upkeep with the era of their building, they really shouldn’t have TVs.

Stay Here!
A unique experience in a very quiet, relaxing environment that I would highly recommend. The rooms are small but very well appointed. The only thing missing was a microwave, but we didn’t need one so it was ok. Lots of history and period decorations. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our only request was ice. They even had a happy hour. I like the text communication and the codes for the doors.
