This is a very conveniently located property. It is very reasonably priced and you can reach many shopping and dinning options in the area. I would recommend it for any long stay.

The room was not ready at check in time, then they said the room was not available because someone extend the resevation and no had other rooms like the one that I reserved. They offered another room. The kitchen gabinet was broken the bed horrible. The place is not safe at all.

Before making a reservation, I double checked if I could process late check in after midnight due to flight late arrival. They said someone will come down to check in as long as I give them a call once arrived. However, no one was at the front desk and no one picked up the phone for 10 times once I arrived. So I had to go back to airport and had a terrible situation for not sleeping at all. When I called back for finding out a reason on next day, the rep simply said it was fully booked due to extended stay from current guest. If so, they should reach me via email or text message. It still does not make sense to me even I booked thru third party.

Every staff member was excellent-especially Wade. Very helpful, cheerful and eager to help. The hallway flooring could use some repair, but the room was comfortable, and the rate was great.

Bugs everywhere!! Little sugar ants crawling eggs and big and small roaches! I am terrified of those bugs!!! I have critical illness and this environment is detrimental to my health!! The front desk person did give me a new room and hoping that will be bette!!!

Employees and management are genuinely amazing. They really will just go above and beyond to try and get you anything at all that you need. I just moved in and am going to be living here for the foreseeable future so my first night when I checked in of course I had about a million questions and the guy at the front desk was so patient with answering literally everything I could throw at him. Every employee I've met so far has been so nice. The one thing I will say is the pictures on the website are not at all with the hotel has to offer anymore. It definitely needs to be updated, most rooms no longer have couches, no coffee pots in rooms anymore but there is a Keurig at the front desk :). All in all it's a great place from my experience so far.
