Stylish Loft Near Oak Lawn, Downtown, and Uptown

About this space:
Welcome to Oak Lawn Dallas! This is a vibrant neighborhood with tons of shops, restaurants, and bars to walk or bike to. Our comfy one bedroom condo has stellar amenities right at your fingertips like cookware, kitchen essentials, fresh linens, and a seasonal community pool. It's only minutes away from other incredible neighborhoods like Deep Ellum, Dallas' Arts District, Uptown, Downtown, and the wonderful Bishop Arts District!

The space:
This stylish, modern loft has all stainless steel appliances, a big king size bed, a lovely sofa in the living room that pulls out into a queen size bed, wifi, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. There's a bright bathroom with a beautifully tiled shower. There is also a patio with outdoor chairs! The complex has a wonderful seasonal pool and a very clean, well-maintained laundry room. For families with little ones there is a pack n play available, just ask us about it.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the gated parking lot with one covered parking space (lots of free street parking in the area as well if you have two cars). Guests also have access to a beautiful outdoor pool and a coin operated laundry room just steps from the condo.

The pool is generally closed September 1st through April 30th depending on weather.

Other things to note:
We provide enough toilet paper, soap, trash bags, and etc. To last about 3-4 days. For longer stays you might need to pick up extras part way through your stay :)

In the warm Texas climate, pests are inevitable. We have regular pest control and fantastic cleaners. However, you might occasionally see a bug especially during certain times of the year. We are always happy to send pest control or cleaners out for a touch up, but refunds are not given for seeing pests in or around the unit.

We have upgraded the upstairs flooring to luxury vinyl! The carpeting seen in the pictures is no longer there.
