This property does not provide shuttle service to DFW! The property and rooms were in good condition and it was a very pleasant stay. The free breakfast was really good and the waitstaff were so friendly and helpful. But I wouldn’t have stayed in this property because it was too far from DFW. I called prior to booking to ask about the airport shuttle and was never told that there are two airports in Dallas and the hotel only services the other airport with shuttle service. Needless to say I spent over $75 for Ubers and was over 20 mins from the airport. I was very upset because I could’ve picked a closer hotel.

Fav property when I visit Dallas because it’s nice, reasonable and nearby everything. Usually stay on the Holiday Inn side but chose the Staybridge side this last stay and was disappointed that the room didn’t have full body mirrors as advertised in the pictures and the streaming/cast services didn’t work on the TV

I stayed at this property just one day before my flight back to Orlando. I was stuck between choosing two hotels but I’m glad I chose Staybridge! The property is so clean and smelled amazing! The on site restaurant and bar was chefs kiss! The food and drinks were amazing 10/10! Also the free shuttle to the Airport is also a great perk ! To the staff, keep doing what your doing the property is very well kept and definitely worth the price !

We had a pretty great experience here. Staff was nice and we really liked the room. Only two things kept us from giving a 5 star rating. One was the poor or lack of ventilation in the bathroom. Two the elevator close to our room was out and then during our stay the other one was also shut down. We were on the 4th floor and weren’t given a heads up. Thankfully they opened it by the time it was time to check out.
