Inside the apartment there's a full kitchen, fast internet, and everything you need for two people to work and live comfortably and productively.
The space
As shown in the photos, there are distinct living and dining areas, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with ample closet space. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the other has a bathroom just outside in the hallway.
Guest access
Oak lawn is an exciting, safe, fun neighborhood with lots of places to eat, go out, and shop. You're a 5 minute walk from a grocery store and several restaurants, a less than 5 minute walk to a bus that connects love field to downtown and a 15 minute walk from the DART line to DFW and downtown. You also get two dedicated assigned parking spots just outside your bedroom window.
Other things to note
Some of my teammates and I may receive mail in the mailbox. We have our own keys and will, from time to time, remove mail addressed to us or to prior tenants. The mailbox is outside of the apartment at the bottom of the stairs.
