The house is great and has great potential
The house itself is beautiful and has great potential, but unfortunately, we encountered some issues during our stay—primarily concerning cleanliness.When we arrived, the property was not ready for check-in at 4:00 PM as scheduled. Work was still being done inside, and when we were finally able to enter, the home had not been properly cleaned. There was visible dust throughout the space, and we had to wash the pillowcases and bedsheets ourselves. Additionally, we had to clean several rooms to make the house comfortable and livable.We documented these issues with photos and videos. When we reached out to the host, we were told that the condition met VRBO’s cleaning standards—something we respectfully but strongly disagree with.Since we had to do much of the cleaning ourselves, we are requesting a full refund of the cleaning fee. We believe this is a fair and reasonable request, given the circumstances.Thank you for your time and attention. We look forward to your prompt response.
