Centrally located and very comfortable!

The location was great with easy access to the highway for visiting all over DFW. Comfortable free-standing building with everything needed. The bed was great for a good night's sleep

Great location

We loved this location. It was close to downtown and easy access to the highways so we could easily get around. This place was nice and clean and in a quiet neighborhood which was a plus. Great stay, I would recommend this to anyone visiting Dallas and want the downtown feel without the downtown pricing for stays. Thank you for letting us stay!

Cozy Cottage

This cottage was a perfect place while I came to help my daughter who just had a baby. Victoria was the kindest host ever. I had a comfy bed and everything I could possibly need!!

Perfect easy stay!

Check in was amazingly easy. The host sent a very helpful digital doc that provided great directions and recommendations on activities/ food near by. I really enjoyed that check out request were very simply and easy. I we had several things to do while on our stay I found the location to be very centrally located and nothing really took more then 15 mins to get too. The neighborhood is beautiful and I felt very safe while staying there.

Perfect for after-concert digs 🎸🎸🎸

We stayed at this darling place after concert at the Majestic. Only 10 min after downtown concert, we were “home” in Oak Cliff. “Home” was safe, clean, parking right outside N cute decor / bath, nice kitchen — someplace where u want to hang out. We’ll be back!

Perfect little place for a perfect little stay

My youngest niece and I came to town for the Club Chris tour. I always worry about safety when traveling with my nieces. This was the perfect little hideaway in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s conveniently located to both of our main attractions. The House of Blues and Dallas World Aquarium. We had no needs while we were there. Everything we could have needed was provided. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Great location

Great location. Within walking/2 min drive of bishops hill and all it has to offer. Plenty of restaurants and boutique shops to keep you entertained for a day or more. Plenty of great places to eat breakfast lunch and dinner. Even live music. House is perfect for a couple or small family Owner was very helpful and kind. Managers responded quickly as well. Would def go back when in the Dallas area.

private quiet great for pets and awesome communications with owners easy in and out n well stocked and very clean and most appreciated if you want to stay longer or early check in or late check out just ask :)) they will accommodate you :)) also walking distance to Bishop Arts everyone great around with pets and folk awesome experience thanks again will do it again for sure :)

Clean, Comfortable, Convenient

We loved the property. It was just as described, and a pefect place for me and my husband. The owner is quick to respond to messages, good communication. They provided a list of restaurants before check in and we tried two of them, both of which were great. We had good hamburgers at Rodeo Goat, and we ate breakfast twice at Mama's Daughters Cafe, and I would recommend both. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the house was clean. We did not cook while we were there, so I can't report much about the kitchen. We did appreciate having a coffee pot to make coffee each morning. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

We stayed for a short getaway and loved the location. It was quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do. Making it extremely nice to have somewhere to go back and just relax in the evening!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It had everything needed for a solo trip and was my sanctuary at the end of each day. If you are in need of a place to stay right outside of downtown Dallas, here is the place!

Great Location

Had a great time and so close to the Bishops Art District, Downtown, short drive to Plano, etc. So much to do and the place was great for my stay. Had everything I needed and even a place to set up my computers for a little work. Will definitely stay here again.

Relaxing weekend trip for two

The property was clean, easy to access, and in a great area. Anything we needed to get to including excellent restaurants and activities were within 15 minutes driving. The property manager was friendly and responsive. This rental is perfect for a couple looking to have a fun weekend together.
