Great place to stay
The house was amazing and the separate game room was so cool. Kids loved feeding the alpacas and Sean was very easy to communicate with for any reason. I absolutely recommend staying here

Pristine home and game room!
This our family's second time to rent this VRBO. It is spotless and has plenty of room inside and out to entertain local family members. You can arrange to feed the alpacas.

It was wonderful! So charming. I wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spotless with everything we needed. The alpacas were adorable. Loved feeding them. I can’t say enough good things about it! Our entire group loved it!!

Fantastic Experience
Alpaca Landing is an amazing rental. Everything was just as described. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and excellent communicators. Our stay was top notch and we enjoyed feeding the alpacas, too! Highly recommend and look forward to futire stays!

Alpaca Experience was an awesome touch
The family lived the house and the huge game room/garage. The highlight for most was being able to feed the alpacas including baby Winston. Perfect house for several families/Friends to get together.

Amazing experience!
I booked this place to enjoy a peaceful getaway with my adult children and their families. It was absolutely more memorable and magical that I could have anticipated. Hosts are most kind and gracious and were wonderful with all of us during alpaca feedings - catering to the grandchildren and answer all our alpaca questions! The house is stunning and well stocked. We couldn’t have wanted for more. Close to amenities , there is so much to do, while enjoying quiet country setting at the same time. We will definitely return!.

This property is just so cozy and so cute. We had a great time enjoying the thoughtfully stocked and decorated home with a view of the most adorable alpacas! Our hosts were so kind, very responsive, and easy to interact with. We had a fantastic time! Can’t wait to visit again.

Peaceful retreat
I rented this property for a work retreat with my staff. I loved the idea that we could relax, play games and feed the precious alpacas. The home is beautifully decorated. The game room is fantastic. The experience of getting to know the owners while hanging with the alpacas was so special. We absolutely loved it here and didn't want to leave.

Alpaca were awesome.
My group had a great time at the property. Kids enjoyed the game room, adults enjoyed the back patio. Feeding the Alpacas was a fun experience. We had an issue or two with the property, but it was very quickly resolved by the owner. I have nothing negative to say about this property.

Amazing property!
I would give this property and hosts 10 stars if I could. Beautiful house, expansive yard, stacked game room, adorable alpacas - which we had a great time watching and feeding. Nice area close to airport and activities. Hosts were excellent - super friendly with easy check-in and check-out. One of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had! Highly, highly recommend.

GP Girls Trip
The property was perfect. Plenty of room to spread out. Covered patio was a plus. Amenities were nice. Coffee maker was a disappointment. Would prefer Keurig. Bathrooms need more racks or hooks for wet towels. We didn’t use the game room but a family with older children would enjoy it. We would definitely come back.

Perfect place for our family gathering
Immediate family stayed at house many days surrounding one day for extended family to visit. Perfect venue to allow for many conversations in different rooms, outside, and the detached game room. Hosts were very accommodating to time alpaca feedings with visitors. Thanks Sean and Melanie for the time and care you have put into the home. PACA House!
We had 8 of us in this wonderful house. The outside spaces are perfect for gatherings and everything was well appointed. The hosts are very charming and they thoughtfully dropped off wine glasses for us after I mentioned not having any. They went above and beyond- highly recommend!

One of the best places ever!
Where do we start?! Super comfortable and clean house with everything you need. There is an amazing patio where we are breakfast every morning, a front porch where I enjoyed the sunrises while watching the alpacas and bunnies. We got to feed the alpacas two mornings which was one highlight. Another highlights was the recreation room where we could play foosball, ping pong, pool and more! All in all it was one of the nicest home rentals we’ve ever been in and we will return if we are ever in the Dallas area again.

Wonderful Experience
This property was beautiful. They made sure there were plenty of towels and linens available which were all extremely soft. The attention to the minor details is what I appreciated the most! If we have a reason to come back to this area we will definitely book here again! Spectacular!
