Modern Luxury 8 Bedroom/8 Bath Connected Duplex

You are not going to find another modern urban dwelling like this. There are 8 bedrooms with 8 in-suite bathrooms. We have recently added new furniture for plenty of seating in both units.

The art curated throughout the property is featured by Juan Santoscoy, who is known for his bold and vibrant pieces. If you want to stay somewhere unique and inspiring, you will not be disappointed! We are here to provide the best experience possible.

Both properties are mirroring luxury units connected to one another, and they each have 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. We recently added an indoor passage way that connects the duplex. They are two stories high and include convenient outdoor spaces to lounge and bbq. It is perfect for 8-24 people. We are central to Downtown, Deep Ellum, Uptown, and Lower Greenville.

Great stay for a working weekend!

We rented the property to have a working weekend to strategize for 2025. Lots of space for everyone, the amenities were great, the place was super clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Amazing, modern house with lots of space

The house is very well furnished and decorated. More than enough space for 16+ people! Each room has its own bathroom, which makes it much easier to accommodate large groups. The owner is very attentive and willing to customize the experience to your group

Big, clean and great for large groups

The unit has a lot of space, huge kitchen and living rooms. The outside decks are also nice. Only weird thing is one of the bedrooms is also the passage way to the other half of the unit. Folks had to walk through the bedroom to access half the house.

Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for our family. There were 12 adults and one child. The two mirror houses had great spaces for gathering. Two very large kitchens. Lots of spaces inside and out. Having bedrooms with baths for each couple was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Close to the wedding venue. Plenty of restaurants close by. Having access to the garages was very nice. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful Duplex. Well stocked. If you use both, then it's more like 7 bedrooms

These two duplexes were great. Very well kept. Plenty of amenities. Very modern with great furniture. Great host. HOWEVER important to know is that if you plan on using all 8 bedrooms (as we did) then the connecting door to the two duplexes goes right through the middle of one of the downstairs bedrooms. Meaning that person has no privacy when people want to go back and forth. This should probably be mentioned in the listing. There is an outside long loop way to get back and forth too though. Luckily we only needed 8 bedrooms for one of our 3 night stay. Everything else was perfect. Thank you!
