Great place with lots of room for fun. Privately managed by owners so you can expect great customer service and a beautiful well kept home. Worth the price! Our home is centrally located and near all the best DFW has to offer. It’s minutes from Downtown, Lovefield airport, DFW airport, Bishop arts, trinity groves, cowboys stadium, the AAC, DFW museums and much more. Everything is short drive or Uber away. The house is modern with all the amenities a family or group can need- like a hotel but for the whole family! The neighborhood is an older neighborhood with a mix of newer and older homes. We look forward to making your stay feel amazing.

We are easy going people and we love to host your family and friends but we do have a few special notes that come along with having such a large newer home.
We require a government issued ID matching the guest name and card name used for booking. We reach out a couple days prior to check in for it to be provided.
We allow up to 25 guests overnight but the price you see if for 17 max. Any overnight guests over 17 must be factored in when booking and have a charge of $35/pp over 17 people. The majority of listings only offer up to 16 guests- thank for understanding the extra accommodations we make. When booking include all guests and the $35/pp over 17 will add itself. Not reporting all overnight guests can result in a booking cancellation.
We love our pets but if you will have a pet, please include the pet in your booking as a pet fee applies. We allow max of 3 pets. $80 for the first pet and $35 additional for each one after. Third party booking websites may not calculate it so please let us know if you have a pet and we can add the pet fee.
If you will have any non-overnight guests over for an extended period of time (over an hour) OR if you wish to host an event below are our event details.
We welcome events with approval (50 max- baby showers, wedding showers, etc). I must approve the event and guest count via written approval in the chat. Events like these require a fully refundable $250 deposit collected a week prior to check in as well as a non refundable $250 cleaning fee. Any unauthorized events and guests can result in a booking cancellation and no refund. Any guests over the approved amount in the chat for events can also result in extra fee's (we have had this happen before so sorry for the constant mentioning). Thank you for understanding the fee's associated with the events as many listing do not allow events at all.
Once booked, we will send the check in instructions three days prior to check in via chat- these include the code to get in and some tips to make the most of the home.
The day prior to check out we send the check out instructions. There are basically two asks- take out the trash AND leave all furniture where it was.
The home is our pride and joy so you can rest assured we care about your stay and we inspect it between every stay.
