Located in the heart of Dallas's vibrant Oak Lawn neighborhood, we are walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery, and public transport but are nestled on a quiet, safe, sunny side street. While here, enjoy a sunny courtyard, swimming pool, and your own parking space. 5 minute walk from a grocery store, 1 block from restaurants, and within easy access of all of DFW.
The space
This is a cozy yet beautifully finished studio that has a comfortable queen bed, 45 inch TV, and lovely kitchen with granite countertops. My favorite thing about this apartment are the beautiful ceiling designs and the proximity to the pool. There's also a nice outdoor chair to relax in outside when the weather is nice.
Guest access
In addition to this beautiful apartment, you’ll also have access to a pool, one designated parking space, a laundry room, and a few sets of shared exercise equipment that are stored in the pool area.
