Disappointing Experience Due to Poor Customer Service
My recent stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas left much to be desired. While the unit itself was modern, the lack of a key fob for elevator access created a frustrating and inconvenient experience. My family and I were left waiting in the cold with our children, unable to access our room. Attempts to reach out to management went unanswered, adding to the disappointment.
Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic, we spent a lot of time trying to figure hour out where to park, as no clear instructions were provided. We received our assignment at 4:00 AM although we checked in around 10:30 PM. Safety was another concern: the deadbolt on our door was removed, and the parking lot gates were wide open, accessible to anyone in the area.
Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to guest needs made this stay far below expectations. Improvements in customer service and security measures are necessary for future guests.
