Holiday Inn Express in Frisco Legacy Park was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and quiet. Was there was my daughter and very pleased and enjoyed the stay.

The initial room I was assigned had an extremely dirty tub/shower with some weird substance on the tub floor. After reporting it to the front desk, the person on duty quickly assessed the situation and arranged for me to move to a different room, which was clean. The staffer continued to check on me to make sure everything was good with the second room.

Dogs in the room next door woke me up at 1 AM and barked off and on ubtil 2 AM. Suggest they cahange their pet policy.. Otherwise, this was as pleasant as the last times i stayed there. Staff was very apologetic.
