From the outside, I wasn't sure about the property, as it was surrounded by a few lower-cost hotels. Plus, when we walked into the lobby, it smelled strongly of disinfectant, which can be a bit off putting. However, the interior was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and attentive (although not overly friendly during the stay). Our room was clean and well-maintained except for the pull out bed, which was a bit stained and worn and a bit scary. We were surprised by how nice the breakfast was. It had many options, most of them pretty tasty other than the typical rubbery hotel eggs. The staff on breakfast kept everything stocked well and the area was very clean. We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities, so not sure about those. All in all, a solid hotel for families or business travel.

When we arrived in our room the toilet wasnt cleaned. Outside front needs a cleanjng but for most part staff was very kind and accomidating. We really enjoyed our stay. In a great area.

Terrance checked us in on 9/25/24and he was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen staff was pleasant and accommodating. The lady that checked us out on Sunday 9/29/24 was absolutely unprofessional and rude. She was on a facetime call and that was he priority. She didnt ask if we enjoyed our stay, or thank us for choosing Holiday Inn. If she cares about her position she did not portary that with her actions.

Great Location and ver comfortable
The hotel is great. It is across the street from the Arlington mall. The room was very spacious. The beds were amazing. The shower was also amazing. The breakfast was great. I will definitely be staying here again.
