One story 4 bed/2 bath in SW Richardson right by Dallas, shopping, University of Texas- Dallas, and close to highway 75 for easy travel. Sip complimentary Keurig coffee while enjoying the peace and quiet and a babbling creek right behind property. Pack n play and portable high chair provided, plus toys and games for kids. Security cameras outside for safety. High speed wifi and Netflix, Amazon, and Disney+. Quiet neighborhood street with no traffic. Plenty of parking. Great for families, friends, couples, and entertaining!
