Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with cozy linens and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration.


The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space. Whip up delicious meals with ease, utilizing the provided cookware, utensils, and pantry essentials.

Step into our thrilling gaming room, where an assortment of board games and classic arcade favorites promise hours of entertainment (Including PS5)

Whether you're craving heart-pounding thrills or laid-back leisure, this house offers something for everyone. Create unforgettable memories and endless fun in this ultimate haven for entertainment and relaxation.

Outside, the backyard oasis beckons with its lush landscaping and inviting amenities. The outdoor kitchen counter boasts a sink and grill, perfect for whipping up barbecue delights or backing a yummy pizza.

Gather around the dining table for al fresco meals, or simply unwind with a refreshing beverage in hand.

For the ultimate relaxation, indulge in the soothing waters of the sparkling pool or a Jacuzzi, where comfortable loungers invite you to kick back and unwind.

**We can accommodate a maximum of 4 cars including visitors.

**Private heated Pool** (OPTIONAL)
Heated pool (85-100F) 365 days and spacious area to spend some time with your precious
ones. Both pool and hot tub will be heated when noted in advance, (no matter what the outside temperature is) partial stay is allowed.
The prices are:
* $120 for the first night if payment is made at least 15 hours before check-in and other subsequent night is $80.
* $80 per night if payment is received 24 hours before check-in for multiple nights.
* $130 per night for a one-night booking.
* Only hot tub will be charged 35 USD/day.

**Young people groups**
If under 25 years old a refundable deposit of $800 is paid separately from your booking (Excluding families with kids). Under 21 years old we do not allow alcohol on the property.

**Pets**
We are a pet-welcoming house (up to 6 pets) with a fee of $100/pet during the whole stay.

**No parties or noisy events**
We encourage you to enjoy our home and even invite your friends for small gatherings during the day but please remember that only registered guests are permitted to sleep over during your rental period. Quite hours are from 07:00-21:00 and only quite music is allowed during these hours.

**Additional nightly rate**
$39 for 6+ guests will be charged. 6 Guests pay basic price and 7,8,9 guest and so on pay 39$ per day.

**Entertainment**
All our smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you.

**Internet speed**
We provide a super fast up to 1 Gbps internet.

*No indoor smoking*
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $250 fine. Please smoke only outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of.

**Security cameras**
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.

**House rules violations**
Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the guest and loss of any security deposit.

**Guest access**
Enjoy the comfort of a self-check-in. One day before your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

**Late check-out** will be charged for $150 /hour.

**Photos are representative of the furnishings, appliances, bedding, and other items in the home. From time to time, we update, replace, or move items around. We don't reshoot photos after each change (If there is a doubt- feel free to ask us directly).

We have security cameras. All cameras are in the exterior parts of the house. One points to the garage and the other one is by the front door.
