This property is no longer available because the host sold it. I did not find this out until the day I was to arrive because the host was locked out of their account and VRBO support had to call them directly to find this out. VRBO put me up in 2 different hotels for 2 of the 4 nights of my stay and kept promising that I would receive an email to rebook the remaining nights. That never came and they ultimately told me that I did not qualify for rebooking and refunded my money. So I had to scramble to find a place to stay the remaining 2 nights--in a hotel and not in a house as our party had hoped. I am very disappointed in VRBO customer support. They were not consistent with what they told me and I feel like I was lied to so they could just get me off the phone to later call again and speak with a different customer representative. I called at least 5 or 6 different times during this fiasco. I would have been much happier if they had just refunded my money and not put me up in a hotel. At least I would have gotten one story and then I could have rebooked my trip myself. Instead I spent a significant amount of my vacation time on hold with customer service and not knowing where I was going to stay the next night.
