Terrible experience in all! A/C wasn’t working No internet or WiFi & TVs were also out for the night. None of this was brought to my attention upon check in so once I made it to my room and discovered all that was wrong I headed back down to request a refund which I imagined seeing how this was all hotel’s fault I would be accommodated but Not at all just no help whatsoever all I got offered was a “sorry” just plain horrible, All of this is completely unacceptable especially when the rates are so high I would expect to get what I pay for. What a waste of money! I ended up just having to leave and stay in the Aloft hotel next door! So glad I made the change ALOFT gets 5star.

The hotel is only 3 years d. The room was super clean. Hot water was super hot. The beds were super comfortable we come to the Dallas area at least once every other month will stay here again
