NOTE: Pre-Arrival Requirements (For Non-Airbnb Reservations)
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests who booked outside of Airbnb to complete the following steps at least 24 hours before arrival:

Government-Issued ID:
A clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) for the primary guest.

Selfie for Identity Verification:
A selfie of the primary guest holding the same ID near their face (for identity confirmation).

Front of Credit/Debit Card:
A photo of the front of the card used for the reservation.
During your stay, we kindly ask you to read and follow our house rules:

-Standard check-in time is at 4PM and check-out is at 10 AM unless prior agreement for early arrival or late departure has been made. Early check-in and late check-out fee is $20/hr.
- For safety and security, the primary guest who booked our property must be present during the check-in process. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If there are visitors coming in, we need to be notified prior to their arrival and indicate the number of guests.
-Extra guest fee $39 USD per guest per night after 6 guests. There is a locked bedroom/s reserve for larger groups. Please inform me if you will be needing those room/s
- Guests who are 21 years old and above are allowed to book.
- Please REMOVE your shoes upon entering our home.
- Parties are not allowed in our property
- Host bears no responsibility for any accident, injuries or illness that guests may sustain during their stay.
- No smoking inside the house, please dispose of your smoke waste properly. Violation of this rule will result in a $750 cleaning/deodorizing fine.
- Use of any illegal drugs or narcotics are strictly prohibited.
- If you break something, please notify us immediately.
- If you move something, please put it back where it came from.
- Please turn off the AC when not in use.
- All cars must be parked on the driveway or inside the parking garage, not on the street.
- Please make sure all trash are properly bagged before putting them in the outdoor garbage bins
- We have a big and small pool both do not have heat/heating.
- Kindly send us pet type/breed, number of pets and weight prior to booking. Pet fee is $120USD per pet, per stay cleaning fee.
- No pets on furniture or beds.
- Pet hair + outdoor activity must be cleaned as much as possible.
- Quiet hours8 PM - 9 AM. House is located in a nice and calm neighborhood. Our priority is to keep happy with both you and our neighbors. Music or loud noise must be turned off during these hours.
- When checking out, please make sure to lock the door behind you.
- When checking out, please make sure to wrap all your garbage in garbage bags and place them all inside the trash bins properly.
