    Beautiful house with a great location
    My buddies and i booked the house for a Birds game. It was perfect. Not only walking distance to AT&T but also plenty of food and bar options. Will definitely look into the availability of this house next time we're in town.

    Great Location!
    We had a great stay. There was plenty of space for all eleven of us. The neighbors were friendly, even offering us glasses to see the eclipse. The neighborhood was quiet. We really love how close it is to attractions and stores and will probably come back to attend some Rangers games.

    Nice clean house with plenty of space. Walking distance to AT&T stadium which is a huge plus when thousands of people leaving and you just walk home pass all the traffic. Nice beds. Patio if outside is your thing.

    This was a family stay to attend an event at ATT Stadium and the location was perfect. It was a quick 15 minute walk and was so nice to be able to get home with no hassle or frustrations of being stuck in traffic. Plenty of space for the entire family and easy check in and out process. Highly recommend! We had a minor issue when checking out but were able to figure it out and our host was great with checking on us to make sure we made it.

    The house is large and we had our own bedrooms. It is located very near the Texas Live area and convenient to all activities. My sister-in-law said mold bothered her, but the rest of us were not bothered by it. The showers had shampoo, but no soap. Overall it was just what we needed.

    The house location was great for the event we were in town for. Nice quiet neighborhood close to restaurants, groceries, & event centers. The home was overall clean, back patio furniture needed a good cleaning before use; but I chalked that up to the time of year, early in Spring season, but the weather was very pleasant so we used it quite a bit. It is marketed as a 5 bedroom home, but it’s s truly only 4 bedroom - the front living room/den has been converted with 2 queen beds in it but there was a no door & to t is immediately off of the entry way to the house. We only needed that area for 1 night, so it was no big deal; but worth noting. Overall, it was very comfortable & spacious; the kitchen had plenty of dishes, cookware & utensils.

    Dallas with a large family
    The property is located in a quiet neighborhood between Dallas Fort Worth and Dallas, only 15 min away from the airport. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. The property is older, and some maintenance on the structure would need to be done. Also, there is only one bathroom in the public areas + one bathroom adjoined to the master bedroom. So, with 10 guests, we made a shower schedule including both bathrooms.

    Owner was responsive to my questions prior to and during my stay. The house was as advertised. Very clean, nice carpet, 5 new mattresses and frames, but one one older mattress that needs to be replaced.

    This by far has been the best place that I have stayed in while traveling. Perfect location and the property managers are very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again next time in Arlington!!!!
