Quick Overnight Stay with Friends
The property was very spacious, but it needs some work. Communication was great, and Guy seemed very responsive to my comments with this being a new listing. I let him know the house was not up to par, however he was ver nice. The sheets were clean, but we did not have enough towels for even 4 of us and I told him there would be 5 of us. There was no shamppo or body wash as mentioned in the listing. The Dishwasher was broken. When it runs, it smelled like something is burning like the motor.
The grass needed to be mowed front and back. It was very long. The fence in the back was broken.
The back sliding door doesn't lock as the lockbar is broken.
It needs some curtains in the bedroom to help with the sun shining through, or some better blinds. A deep clean on the carpets
The toilet runs in the master bedroom for a bit after flushing. There were some stains/maybe make up? In the master bathroom, that could be scraped off. There were random mini fridges in two of the rooms. They werent plugged in, just very random. Nothing in them.
The water did not get super hot in the shower
There was not a keurig or coffee pot in the kitchen, and it needs a dining table of some kind, and chairs. There were 4 barstool type chairs, plus a chair and couches in the living room wit a nice TV. There was a used baking tray left in the oven, and a pot with something smelly in it. The fridge had used items in there and some were moldy. The floor barely looked swept.
Not filthy but not clean.
