I was not given checkin instructions. I asked the day ahead and was told I would get them an hour before checkin. The day of checkin I get a message to call before I get there. Nobody is there when I show up. I call a few times and eventually someone shows up. They then want me to sign credit card auth even though I paid for suite and deposit. Then they tell me the suite hasn’t been cleaned. So I have to wait until 5:30pm to get in. They offered me a refund of my cleaning fee and said I would get it within 24 hours. A week later I have asked them for it twice. Maybe tomorrow I will get it. The place is nice and big with a view of Dallas in a pretty cool building that used to be a storage warehouse.

Great stay for a couple’s getaway!
The check-in process was fine, there was a bit of confusion with having arrival forms submitted & proof of deposit, but we worked it out fine! Having the valet service was very nice and the location and environment of the building was great. It is definitely a building with a lot of younger adults, so we fit in pretty well. The location of the building was blocks to cool bars and restaurants. Overall was a great property and really enjoyed our stay!
