"This property is just as pictured. It is a cozy, lovely little place with views of the water as your constant companion. It is very quiet and truly “away from it all”. We loved having coffee on the front porch and watching the birds in the morning and having cocktails in the evening by the water with a fire in the chiminea. "

"My friend and I needed a base camp for a fishing trip on the Trinity River and a nice place to cook a nice dinner and relax at the end of the day. We were within 10 to 30 minutes of all the boat launches where we meet our guides, and came back to a well equipped kitchen and charcoal grill to prepare a nice fresh fish dinner. We’d sit on the dock dunking worms to end each evening. We will be back!"
