"NEVER,, NEVER AGAIN!!!! The front desk guy said we have to pay extra for kids when we already paid through Expedia,, His manager stated that Expedia policy is different from theirs and when we tried to leave they tried to BLOCK OUR DRIVER with a vehicle of their own. This place NOT a place to take family! Tv not working,, missed the NBA finals game (4). They said they will change the remote, never happened. "
