"Hosts were very communicative and helpful! We could not have asked for more perfect hosts. Check in and out were very easy. Beds were all very comfortable. Everything was well-stocked. TV and Internet were great. Plenty of dishes and coffee. Rooms were tastefully decorated but toddler friendly. Location and neighborhood were great, free and easy parking. Our kiddo wants us to buy the place! We hope to stay again. We did not do the wine experience. "

"Walking distance to metro and the wharf. We enjoyed making breakfast and dinner at home and finding great restaurants for lunch! We traveled back and forth to DC each day of our stay. "

"We are a family of four that stayed for a week. The house was very nice and just as advertised. The location is wonderful. Two blocks off Kings Street and an easy walk to restaurants. Easy access to the King Street Metro. Host was wonderful as well. Great communication and very responsive. Overall, wonderful trip."

"This was the perfect location and size for our family of 4 to use as a base camp to explore greater DC. The walk to King Street or the Waterfront was 10-15 minutes or less. The Metro station was 10 minutes or less. There was a Trader Joe’s about 2 blocks away. Loved the location and the neighborhood vibe. Look forward to visiting again."

"Located on a quiet street, and didn't have any issues finding street parking close by. Close enough to drive to most anywhere or get to a metro station if you would prefer to travel that way. It was big enough for our family of 5 and met our needs for our vacation. All the stairs took some getting use to since every room is on a different level. Check-in and check-out was easy. "

"House is cute and has everything you need. Location is unbeatable. Host knocked it out of the park. Very communicative and helpful. Will be the first place we look for when back in the DC area."

"The townhouse was great- very clean and plenty of room for my family of six. I do wish there was a bigger bed in the Master bedroom- the mattress was thin and the bed was squeaky to sleep in. Property manager was great- very easy to communicate with very helpful. "

"We came with a group of high school students. The house had a ton of room for a large group like ours. The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!"

"Loved the location. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance - Del Ray market on Saturday was fun to walk through. Unit we stayed in was very comfortable. Bed was amazing. I slept so well. It was also nice to have a parking spot on site. No street parking. Close to my daughter. She lives about 6 blocks from here. Perfect place to stay"

"The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was super helpful. I got to the hotel at 11 am after landing in Philadelphia. Despite check in being at three I was allowed to get a room by 12:30 pm. The property was quiet which allowed me to truly rest. I enjoyed my stay."
