"We had the most incredible 3-day stay at Tim's Beachouse Hotel property in Cebu, Philippines! The beachfront location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful pool to unwind in. "Very friendly staff. The restaurant next door was closed for a remodel but we were able to buy food at a store and cook there. Very close to Kawasan falls. Great view and relaxing with no loud noises."

"We loved staying here! The room was perfect and it’s located right by the pool! The pictures are very accurate. We rented a car so it made coming and going easy. Others reviewed that they didn’t like it being outside of town, but when we visited the town we were thrilled with our location at Casa de MoalBoal. The town is very cramped and dirty, so it was lovely coming home to a fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. The free breakfast was always good. We also snorkeled just out front. "

"The owners were absolutely fabulous and extremely helpful. We stayed here a couple days and every night they arranged to have us taken in to town for dinner and picked up and taken back again and helped us with catching buses when we left. They also arranged our Whale Shark experience with the same tricycle driver who ensured that we were in the right place at the right time (something that may have been quite daunting if we were on our own). Their generosity will not be forgotten, thank you."

"My wife and I stayed here for a few nights and really liked it here! As we arrived to the place we weren't sure if we were going to get what the pictures looked like or not because it's off the main road a ways and you go through the local neighborhoods to get there. "Property is within walking distance of the local town centre, making it easy to get out to various places including outside of the town. Staff were friendly & cleaning the property on a daily basis. Has a great sea view & everything stated as being included was included without additional charge. Would recommend."

"Small basic room with a balcony and warm shower, a nice plated breakfast with friendly service. Lots of opotunity offerd to undertake tje many activitys on offer on the island even provided a car and driver to take us to see some of the attractions for a vert reasonable fee and arranged a boat trip with snorkling to one of the other islands. Would i syay there again? Definitly a great value hotel with friendly helpful staff."

"Beautiful resort right on the water- you can wade out and snorkel! Restaurant overlooks water. Super friendly staff. They accommodated our early Canyoneering excursion by offering either breakfast to go or to have it when we got back (when breakfast time had past!). A 5 minute walk takes you to beach area where you can wade in a snorkel to see sardines and sea turtles! "
